It starts with high-gluten flour mixed on-site and fermented for 48 to 72 hours, giving us dough that is light, flavorful, and easy to digest. Then come the toppings: Bianco DiNapoli tomatoes, Grande cheese, Ezzo pepperoni, and produce sourced or curated locally.
